Concierge Services & Information

Our hospitality and concierge services are at The Heart of service excellence at Nevada Cancer Institute. From the moment they walk through our doors, patients, caregivers and guests become keenly aware that something is unique. Caring and compassionate concierge staff and volunteers greet every guest with a warm and heartfelt greeting. Trained volunteers help patients and families navigate through their first on-site appointment, coordinate travel and transportation services, and also locate and book hotel and extended stay accommodations for future visits.

Concierge staff and volunteers are available Monday-Friday from 8am – 5pm to answer any questions before, during and after your time at our facility.

Concierge services can:

  • Assist with hotel/housing reservations and discounts
  • Arrange taxi or car service (to and from McCarran Airport)
  • Extend information on leisure activities for families (shopping, entertainment, restaurants, outdoor activities, etc)
  • Provide directions (inside NVCI and around the city)
  • Furnish referrals to quality of life and support services
  • Arrange interpreter services if needed
  • Arrange building tours for new patients and families as requested
